Job: Mid level Environmental Professional (10452)

CAULFIELD NORTH | Vic | $100k - $120k package

An opportunity to work on leading role in the Environmental/CLM division of a consultancy with multi-discipline, property development professionals.

Located in the inner south eastern suburbs, this urban design & development organisation are specialists within the residential property development market. Highly recognised for the quality of the work they deliver to their client base, they have recently won a number awards for their innovative designs in sustainable residential building design. Due to continued growth they require a Mid-Senior level environmental contaminated land professional.

As a senior position, this position gives you the responsibility to manage new business growth of large contaminated land projects and will provide an opportunity to form strong relationships with new & existing clients. In addition to working closely with a diverse range of property development specialists you will be required to:

• Project manage on-site contractors
• Liaise with a variety of stakeholder including clients, authorities and colleagues
• Conduct report reviews for a range of projects

As the ideal person, you will have an environmental science degree or equivalent plus:

• Demonstrated project management skills
• Strong report writing and reviewing skills
• 5-10 years experience in environmental management, focussed on land contamination
• Excellent written & verbal skills
