- Vacancy meeting - Meet with the client at their premises to establish all aspects of what is required. This is also a great chance to see and ‘feel’ the workplace environment.
- Contact and shortlist suitable Candidates – using existing networks and various advertising mediums Eco Recruitment sources potential candidates, reference checks and determines their suitability.
- Presentation of candidates – suitable candidates are presented via email with justification for why they are being presented.
- Interview and offer – throughout the interview stage, our Eco consultant will offer information and advice about the quality of the candidate, timing for interviews and offers, salary expectations and anything other factor that will help determine the outcome.
